WHO CAN PURCHASE WHOLESALE?

Any individual or business in a related field using the products for purposes of resale or in the manufacture of products for resale.
AUSTRALIA- Australian businesses must provide evidence of relevant business activity such as a Certificate of Business Registration.
INTERNATIONAL- We welcome overseas customers by offering highly competitive pricing.

WHOLESALE CATALOG

All businesses or individuals considering to purchase wholesale must register first.
AUSTRALIA- On approval a catalogue will be posted by mail usually within 2-3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL- Catalogs are available as a download. A username and password will be emailed to you within 2-4 working days upon successful registration.

FREIGHT

AUSTRALIA- Aurum Australia will pay freight on invoice amounts over AUD$300 using a carrier of our choice. Orders are normally sent by Australia Post, Australia Air Express or as per customer requirements. Customers requesting special delivery e.g. express post are responsible for any additional costs.
INTERNATIONAL- Most small parcels (up to 25kg) are shipped by air post or Fed Ex with larger orders shipped according to customers instructions.

PAYMENT

AUSTRALIA- Payment may be made by bank cheque, money order, direct deposit or by credit card.
INTERNATIONAL- Payment must be received prior to despatch of any goods either by Telegraphic transfer, International bank cheque or credit card.

MINIMUM WHOLESALE PURCHASE

AUSTRALIA- AUD$200.00 for first time customers.
INTERNATIONAL- US$300.00 per order.

CURRENCY

AUSTRALIA- For your convenience all Australian businesses are provided with local currency wholesale prices in Australian dollars.
INTERNATIONAL- Wholesale prices are in US currency and available to businesses located outside of Australia only.
NOTE: If an order is shipped to a destination within Australia, then Australian wholesale prices and taxes will apply.

TAXES

AUSTRALIA- A 10% Goods Services Tax (GST) applies to all products sold within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL- Overseas customers do not pay Australian tax.

RETURNS

AUSTRALIA- Items which have a manufacturing defect, have been incorrectly described or differ from the original order will be accepted for returns provided the return has been approved in advance and only with seven (7) days of their receipt. Slow moving merchandise may also be replaced for alternative products provided the item is returned in its original condition and within 12 months of purchase.
NOTE: Made to order jewelry cannot be returned.

CREDIT

AUSTRALIA ONLY- 30 day credit terms are available to approved applicants only. Note: We generally require new businesses to have a minimum trading period of 3 months prior to credit approval.
