Shopping at gemstonemart is simple & easy. Just place the items you require into your electronic shopping trolley by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button. A summary of the items in your basket can be seen at any time by clicking the "Basket Contents" link located on the top right side of your screen. You may increase the quantity or remove an items at any time from your basket. When you are happy with your selection proceed to "Checkout" where delivery and payment options are confirmed.
PRICING
All items are priced in US dollars. Items delivered to within Australia attract a 10% GST at checkout. If the billing address is outside of Australia GST will not be added to your order. Wholesale customers please refer to your post login page for up-to-date currency and pricing information.
ORDERING
Minimum Order Amount: Our minimum purchase amount for retail customers is US$20.00 (before freight). For wholesale the minimum purchase amount is US$300.00. Orders below this amount will normally be declined.
We welcome all Australian and most International customers. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from some countries with a history of online fraud and will be declined at checkout.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and will normally be shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by gemstonemart. Gemstonemart reserve the right not to accept an order in the event an item has been incorrectly priced.
Order cancellations: An order may be cancelled anytime prior to despatch. Please contact Aurum Australia as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled.
PAYMENT
Online: gemstonemart accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We no longer accept DINERS CLUB credit cards.
For additional security reasons Gemstonemart may request that the cardholder provide further credit card information such as faxing the front and back of their credit card and/or the name of the issuing bank of the card.
Gemstonemart will not accept orders with split transactions over multiple cards.
Offline: Customers may fax or phone their orders if they prefer. Please see the contact page for relevant details. We do not accept COD charges.
Orders are usually charged at time of despatch, however with new customers we may validate an order prior to packing and despatch.

Gemstonemart would like to assure all its customers that they can shop online with complete confidence and security. Our e-commerce system utilizes the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption technology ensuring that any information passed from you to Aurum Australia remains safe and confidential.

Ensure that your browser is up to date as only the latest browsers take advantage of the latest SSL technology and under no circumstances should credit cards be borrowed to others including that of friends and family members as only the owner whose name appears on the card is authorized for its use.
What to look for: The padlock icon in the tray of your browser window indicates an active SSL session thus ensuring any transfer of information is encrypted.
Credit card numbers are used for payment processing and fraud protection only and are not retained or stored on our server.
INVENTORY LEVELS
This site utilises an online product inventory system to provide shoppers with accurate up-to-date information on the availability of items however, customers please note that inventory levels are subject to drastic & sudden fluctuations. A product may become unavailable at short notice due to the high purchase volumes at wholesale. Gemstonemart will endeavour to keep most items in stock but this may not always be possible.
Backorders: Gemstonemart is a manufacturing supplier and therefore do not normally accept back order requests. We recommend customers check availability regularly from our website.

REGISTRATION
Gemstonemart do not use email marketing strategies therefore we do not require visitors to register prior to shopping online. The visitor will however need to provide details at checkout for payment purposes only. Wholesale buyers are required to register prior to ordering. Wholesale is available to reseller businesses only subject to our approval. Resellers who have been approved must login in order to have the correct wholesale prices displayed.
