SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Gemstonemart will deliver to most worldwide destinations however, for some countries orders arel not accepted (see below for details). All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm WST. Our staff will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of an order however please allow up 2-7 days for larger wholesale orders.
Gemstonemart utilises a smart & convenient online system to calculate shipping costs based on total order weight, destination and preferred carrier. Customers will have an option to choose their preferred carrier at checkout so delivery times and shipping costs will vary. For convenience a shipping calculator is provided that will enable customers to analyse their basket contents and display a set of shipping options and costs prior to checkout. Customers may refer to the following table for approximate delivery times.
Please note: For wholesale customers the shipping value should be used as a estimate only. Actual shipping costs may vary slightly than those provided due to weight differences in packing materials used. The customer can be assured that we will endeavour to keep all shipping charges to a minimum.
Gemstonemart maintains a strict policy by not adding additional handling charges above that of the actual cost of delivery.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping available for all Australian orders that sub total $500.00 or more. Gemstonemart will use a carrier of its choice based on the size and contents of the order. Australian wholesale orders of AUD$500.00 or more shipped free of charge to Australian address only.

INSURANCE
Insurance is recommended for all International Parcel Post orders. We will normally email customers who have selected International Parcel Post shipping and advise them of an insurance option and cost. Insurance is entirely optional however Aurum Australia will not take responsibility for uninsured goods that are lost or stolen in transit so please consider the option of insurance wisely.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
International shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes and regulations. This is the responsibility of the buyer. We also recommend the buyer check local laws and regulations to ensure the items purchased comply with local import regulations and are not a restricted or banned product.

At present this includes Bulgaria, Equatorial Africa, Former Soviet Republics, Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Tokelau, as well as other Eastern European and South American Countries.
