ONLINE CATALOG FAQ
Cannot Open Catalog- The catalog is in a Portable Document Format (pdf) and therefore requires a pdf reader installed on the computer in order to open and view.
SOLUTION- Install Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 or later.
Catalogue Has Missing Images- This problem may occur if an old version of Acrobat Reader is installed on the computer or in some cases more than one version of Acrobat Reader is installed, with the older version registered as the default reader.
SOLUTION- Some programs may install Acrobat Reader without informing the user therefore you will need to check what is installed.
- Double click the "Control Panel".
- Double click "Add/remove Programs".
- Select "Install/Uninstall" tab.
This will show a list of the software installed on a computer. If more than one version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is listed than remove the oldest version.
If only one is listed then check that it is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 or better (5 or higher is preferred). If not update to the latest version.
Do I Need Adobe Acrobat Reader?- The catalog does require a pdf reader to open and view with most alternative readers capable of performing this task. However the catalogue has only been tested using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
SOLUTION- None required.
